Muir Park Cottage was a great value for the money. The room was clean, spacious, and well-equipped. The location was peaceful and just a short drive from town. The staff, particularly Alistair, were friendly and helpful.
The only thing that could have made breakfast better was a wider selection of options.

Lovely location just outside town. Clean, spacious accommodation with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. 25-minute walk with stunning views. Welcoming hosts. Great for dogs. Peaceful, country feel but close to town. Can't wait to return. Both worlds in one place. Wonderful living room and balcony with BBQ. Kids loved the toys.

Excellent location just a short drive to the famous golf course we were visiting. The owners were very welcoming and hospitable, making our stay enjoyable.- The spacious property had plenty of storage and thoughtful amenities, such as tea, toys, and picnic blankets.
One member of our party was left cold for all three nights due to the lack of adequate bedding. The shower in the twin room only provided lukewarm water.

The location was fantastic, with beautiful surroundings and a short drive to the nearest town. We had our own space, which was great for a family gathering during Christmas. The apartment itself was spacious and well equipped, with two bedrooms and two bathrooms, providing enough room for everyone. The living room was a highlight, with comfy seating and even toys for the kids, which kept them entertained throughout our stay.
The lack of facilities within walking distance was a letdown, especially when having dogs. Although there were options about one and a half miles away, the main road was narrow and could get busy with traffic, including heavy vehicles.

We had a wonderful stay at a cozy cottage just outside of a charming town. The location was excellent, with only a short drive to a famous golf course. The owners were incredibly welcoming and hospitable, making us feel right at home. The spacious accommodation was clean and had everything we needed. We also appreciated being able to bring our dogs along. The views on our walk to town were breathtaking. we highly recommend this cottage for a relaxing and enjoyable stay.
While the stairs up to the property were a bit challenging for our elderly dog, it didn't cause any issues for us. We also encountered a minor surprise when we discovered that the owners lived on site, but it didn't affect our stay in any negative way.

Oh, how I adored carrying my old dog up and down the stairs. Such a delightful experience!
